We are expanding the team and we are looking for a Business Development Executive 🚀

You’ll be super organised and manage relationships with our loyal and valued clients, and bring onboard new clients too. This is an exciting role that requires somebody confident who is self motivated, and always has ambitions to win.

As an Business Development Executive, your main roles and responsibilities will include;

 

  • Finding and sourcing new leads and opportunities opening as many doors as possible. 
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
  • Drive new business meetings and assist with proposal writing.
  • Assist with project from start to finish, working to support the project where required. 
  • Drive sales strategy for Visions Design, investigating and researching new technologies, or finding new ways to attract potential clients. 
  • Prepare and present Sales Dashboards to Management Team on a monthly basis
  • Collaborating with the  Marketing Manager to ensure that we have a joined up approach.
  • Provide our existing clients with regular quarterly checkins and conduct regular audits to ensure that the client is getting the very best advice. 
  • Networking in person and online 

 

Qualities we’re looking for;

 

  • 3+ years experience as Business Development, ideally Agency but other industry will be considered. 
  • Experience building out sales strategies.
  • Ability to measure the success on a monthly basis. 
  • Must be comfortable with both in person meetings and video calls
  • Real team player who is passionate about the success of the business. 

The salary for this role is £22,000-27,000 D.O.E with up to 10K OTE.
